TheStumblr.com is not obliged to you for any sort of modification, suspension or cancellation of user account etc.
In case, your account stays inactive with for 24 months then we have right to close the account permanently. Then, you no longer will be authorized to use the services. However, TheStumblr.com will reach out to you before closing the account.
